I think Sanwo-Olu wants to deal with these road blockers and the police are acting on his orders. That is the worst location for a very popular strip club. They should close it down.

Next they should close down once it opens is Tunde Bakere's church on Kudirat Abiola way. They shouldn't waste time at all.
