Only pervasive men like yourself think having bodily contacts with a lady is arousing. Kano the capital of hypocrisy, where the rich sleep with girls in their tinted cars right on the road. Where the men see a lady and only think about sekx. Where paedophilic malams abuse kids.

Exactly my thoughts. How does having bodily contact with the opposite sex arouse the urge for sex.# the female folk even cover up every inch of their body for crying out loud#. It's safe to say these guys are deranged hypocrites.
Their state, their law! Let me focus on my Christmas chicken for now.

Always try and support your submissions with images... It makes your point more admirable. Nice one

I deliberately excluded the image. You can check the wedding pictures online, it's on every major blog. I'm not a paid Nairaland poster. Thanks.

The same sharia law they want to impose on the entire country. I heard there is one Muslim okada man that doesn't carry women on his bike grin grin.
Will the keke driver that will carry women be women in full hijab? That one you can only see the eyes? If not this law is not complete o. Let ninja dressed women only carry women while men only carry men grin

But its still a fact that places where laws like this exist have the highest rate of homosexuals and cases of sodomy of young boys in this country.smh

Because barriers make what they conceal all the more attractive to those who is been hidden from.

The garden of Eden story was enough lesson on that strategy.
Laws make people want to break them, knowing this affords a lawmaker room to manipulate the masses.

If the human mind is occupied meaningfully, all these urges truly become distractions opposed to being a beckoning light.

I concur.
Male and female passengers should not be in the same tricycle because life in Nigeria is something else now.

I know someone who fingered a married woman who was on her way to see her husband who was hospitalised inside a keke.

The story goes like this.
She flagged down the keke unknown to her it was chartered by the gentleman in it.
Gentleman who was hungry for adventure asked the rider to pick her

She got in, saw the sporty man in it; apparently sized him up and he weighed more than gold to her so in common fashion she keyed in to the conversation he struck up with her and proceeded to narrate her lifestory of woes to him.

He asked for her number and her account number, she obliged.

USSD strings were strung, alerts rung and it brought the lady in distress closer to tears in gratitude to fate for gifting her a ride of favour and also in pain, thinking how unfair life had been to her.

Dude leaned closer to console her, somehow his hand found it's way into her hallowed chamber and his fingers worked the lock like a blacksmith.
He poked and turned, twisted it, turned it like he was making semovita.

Lady had no concern in the world about the keke rider who minded his business, mentalizing the encounter of a lifetime.

Well, long story short.
Woman's husband has been discharged and is well.
My friend is still in the country.
His stay is even more fun by this woman who keeps him sexually company at any given opportunity in return for some token of appreciation.

So yes.
Ganduje is right.
In a socially stiffled place like Kano where poverty and conji are rife.
Men and women should not be in the same tricycle because everyone is vulnerable.
Lawd! You cracked me up you idiot grin

if for a example a woman want to go to the next town, she has to wait for a special tricycle for women....

What can I say. Islamism when strictly practiced is a salvage religion. I wonder why this idiotic governor will impose that low life mentality to everyone in the state. Why not let adults decide what they consider right for themselves. Saudi Arabia is leaving behind the darkest side of Islamism, why this criminal is doing the opposite.

In this modern age, someone who stole dollars on camera and nothing was done is trying to cause division based on gender. You need to see Ganduje's daughter's wedding with Ajimobi's son and the cleavage she showed. These people and hypocrisy!!! Same Kano with Hisbah police destroying beer bottles en masse but still drinking it behind closed doors.

Instead of building schools and working to eradicate the extreme poverty in the north making beggars litter everywhere, they're talking about this nonsense. No wonder Emir Sanusi is hated so much in the north for preaching the truth. I just hope this isn't true.

If this is how things will continue in Nigeria, the South and the middle belt must negotiate the terms of our coexistence... Perhaps we should have state laws instead of federal cos that is what northerners have been doing since time immemorial.

Just incase y'all forgot the wedding pics

The way you see it doesn't matter, let kano practice its law none of your fucking business.

Until Kano state can finance their budget without sharing from resources from crude oil from the south or taxes from Lagos.

When we have a restructured country where every state depend on their internally generated revenue, then they can make whatever law they want, until then Kano problem will be our problem

If for every risk we enact a law instead of addressing the root cause of the risk I tell you life will be a living hell. Kano has the highest accident rates in Nigeria, so because of this problem let's ban all vehicles and make everyone go on foot, right? Do pedestrians have accidents while walking? So let's enact a law banning all vehicles! Get the gist.

Okay kidnapping is rife along Kano-Kaduna road so let's enact a law to ban all interstate road travels involving Kaduna roads. That way highway kidnapping will end, right?

This is a fools way of thinking. A society riddled with poverty and deprivation will always come up creative ways of committing the same crime irrespective of the laws enacted. A wise move will be to address poverty and deprivation and improve welfare!

This clearly indicates that a man cannot escort his mother, sister, daughter or wife to the hospital during EMERGENCY. Hypocrisy in action.
