Yes,you read that right. School is and has never been a scam but its our collective mentality towards school that is a scam.
School has always and will always be a place of learning,but due to bad programming/conditioning from our parents,people see school as a way out of suffering or poverty.To tell you the honest truth,going to school will never make you successful, rich,happy or whatever other ludicrous ideas you have about school.
I was neither born in the 80s or 90s,so I don't know what life was like back then.But those of us from not "well to do" families,our Parents who were mostly uneducated and suffering thought the cause of their suffering was due to their lack of education and as a result made believed that with education, suffering or poverty can be eradicated from their lives.They couldn't go back to school,so their only option was their poor little innocent children who was looked up to as their way out of suffering. So,we were constantly told"if you no go school,you go useless for life" and other variants of that idea...the idea was to use fear to motivate us,but you can still see how some people haven't overcome that fear.
The truth is that school is a place where you go to when you've discovered your real passions and then you go there to acquire further advanced training from professionals and not a means to success.. I dare to say this that going to school is not a must....if your talents doesn't require the skills offered by formal education, then by all means go to where your skill can be polished...this is true mainly for those footballers or sports guys.
Parents,stop using fear to motivate kids.you don't win a battle by being scared.life is a battle,and you cannot win by being scared of it.school will never teach you how to be rich,make money, save marriage,or whatever.go to school with the mentality that you're going to further your inborn talents and not as a means to the illusory success.But the problem is, how many people who are going to school now even know why they are really going?its become a norm that once you finish high school,you just go to a university..we have purpose less people nowadays in universities and they're going to suffer for it in the future...
Hustle oooh,learn how to make money.do yahoo if you wish,but nor let them catch you,do whatever you need to do but no let your huslte spoil my own sha..
