A member of the House of Representatives, Akin Alabi, is trending on social media Twitter over the amount approved by President Muhammadu Buhari for the renovation of the National Assembly complex.

There has been a lot of criticisms on the approval of N37bb for the refurbishment of the edifice. Alabi, who is one of the lawmakers that use Twitter almost daily, voiced his opinion alongside other lawmakers that had earlier spoke against spending such a huge amount on the edifice.
