Lol...you get serious problem.
I was around when money was declared, they came up with idea that it must be those who qouted "congratulations" when the donor didn't give that instructions.
I contributed in ideas how the money should be shared and they said including me was "preferential treatment" and I to follow that.


Even Stephen who shared the money wasn't around but was summoned as a trusted fellow to come n handle the disbursement and automatically he made the list.
