Ebullience: How is building mosque in 17 emirates going to further the development of the state? How's feeding the needy during the months of Ramadan only going to keep them fed throughout the year? How about instead of Mosques, you build job training and skills acquisitions centers in all of the 17 emirates in your state? You know, a place where children and young adults can learn skills that could actually help them land a job and be able to feed themselves throughout the year and not just during the Ramadan month. Again, what happens to separation of religion and state? Why are some states in Nigeria allowed to practice theocracy instead of democracy as outlined in our constitution? Where is the federal government in all of this? These are some of the reasons most Northern States and politicians are against restructuring--they are already running a country within a country! They have a theocracy within a democracy, with religious laws being enforced by religious police force, they have religious educational centers and are adding more, all of these being funded by the state with revenue from federal allocation!
