That’s why we need a young and vibrant presido, not grandpa that wants respect power and fame! Giving excuses that the youth are lazy , and would not be able to manage the country properly....

Finland's new Prime Minister has called for the introduction of a flexible working schedule in the country that would involve a four-day-week and six-hour working day.

Sanna Marin, 34, who is the second youngest head of government in the world said it would allow workers to spend more time with their families.

She said: 'I believe people deserve to spend more time with their families, loved ones, hobbies and other aspects of life, such as culture.

'This could be the next step for us in working life.'

Before Marin became Prime Minister she held a position as the Minister of Transport for Finland.

While in office in that position, Marin advocated for shorter work weeks to improve employee rapport and productivity.

The Nordic countries keep blazing the trail. No wonder their citizens are the most happiest in the world. Mean while, I'm advocating that married men in Nigeria should be entitled to paternity leave as is the case in some Nordic countries.

But the former Imo State governor, Rochas Okorocha did it in Imo State and it was heavily criticized.
He said that worker need to go to farm to make extra money and have enough food. Also to have enough time with their families.
He also created a Happiness Commission take will see to the happiness of the masses.

Now, we all like it cos it is bn contemplated by a foreign country.

Makes perfect sense and funny enough, it will increase productivity.

Few countries are already practising this.

A country that insults and subjugate their women can never rise. Check out the western countries and Rwanda, and what they are doing different. A country can only rise as far as their women is allowed to rise.

Check out the Arab countries, they are giving their women all sorts of freedom now, because they know oil is no longer the future.

Story story!!! Women should stay in their place according to the norms of the society. Na copy Copy dey worry Africa like this. Democracy is not our style. Arab nations are developed without giving their women much.

a system that puts the welfare of its citizenry at the front burner.
come to think of it other lessons here is Marin's mates in Nigeria are busy forming slay idiots, slay witch, slay problem and feminist etc. coming out to fighting and demanding equal rights order than face the battle squarely to prove their worth and ability.
for the males this extra holiday would rather be spent with concubines than their families.
Nigeria a beautiful country but with negatively wonderful creatures. like some would say this country is useless, I stand bold to disagree by the country Nigeria is great and wonderful but the people there in are the useless ones.

You deserve an award, those That say Nigeria is useless are also useless because we make up Nigeria collectively

Chop Knuckle guy. .

You're too much.

Finland and other Nordic countries are the most advanced in the world in terms of citizens welfare. They have a near absence of infant mortality rate, high literacy rate, low level of unemployment. All developmental indexes seem to be in their favour.

Arab countries are NOT developed

They are rent seeking economies with low populations
.that's all

They don't have the skill sets they need cos they are lazy and useless
That js why they employ millions of foreign workers to fill in the gap
The exception is Iran
And Qatar is trying to come out of it
.so yes

A society that subjugate its women cannot develop

It's glaring for all to see

Nigerians hate themselves and never appreciate any good coming from within. There is no big deal here because Okorocha did more as Imo Governor and some of you saw everything wrong with it. He gave workers more holidays and reduced working days to 3. He also made tertiary education tuition free for 8 years.

This is how liberal politicians turn things upside down in the quest for too much "wokeness". This is akin to socialism which is very dangerous to both productivity and freedom

Four days a week work week no bad like that o

Last last you create shifts
Each shift works four days a week
With some overlaps

As one with some background in Labour economics
This just might work

Productivity trumps time spent at work ANYTIME
