Your madness is gradually developing, you need to do something about it ASAP
Re: I Always Talk To Myself Help Out by olabrinks(f): 1:51pm On Jan 07, 2020
I don’t think you’re mad I talk to myself a lot too. However, not on the roads or in front of people and it’s only when I’m trying to figure something out. If you really think it’s a problem then pray about it and see a doctor who specialises in mental health awareness.

You would have been a wonderful actor assuming you were in the local movie industry... It would have been word to word based on the script given to you. You won't even need rehearsal or practising in front of the mirror..If it's getting too much, you can invest on toothpicks or chewing sticks cheesy .

You spend way too much time inside your own head. Try to interact with other people more often.

Use ear piece while walking to limit the embarrassmen. Many people talk to themselves and when caught, they pretend as if they were listening to music.
Just don't overdo it. If you see yourself gesticulating randomly, pointing fingers at imaginary figures or laughing so hard about nothing, kindly get your ass to a neuropsychiatric hospital.

Nigerian is too hard sir. No time to even reminisce in peace without appearing mad.

You are not alone.

However, except you want to boost yourself, I don't see why you should talk OUT LOUD.

Learn to talk inside your mind and talk to people more.

Hmmmm...nothing wrong with talking to yourself while very alone, however please try harder to stop doing it in public.

If it makes you feel better, you aren't alone. We all do it. Cheers.

What do you talk about?

That’s the important question. Are you solving Nigerians problem or you talk nonsense.

If it’s the former, you are on the right path. But if it’s the later;

bro!!!!

Our people say Na from clap person Dey enter dance. If you are already talking on the street, you mad bro.

It is possible you aren't capable of inner speech. Normal people have conversations in their heads.
Investigate why you need to vocalize when thinking to your self.
I lost the ability to recreate any of the senses in my head. So when thinking in words I voice out since I can no longer create sounds in my head.

Frustration is the major culprit. When I'm depressed I do it more than often to the extent I will rush home to save myself from the embarrassment or I locate a bar to get high if I have the money. It's uncontrollable and you get to know it when someone stir at you.

It has to do with people that are more emotional and they worry over every little things.

Go to Yaba Neuropsychiatric Hospital if you're in Lagos so that you can get proper diagnosis and treatment there. Going to a neuropsychiatric hospital is not as scary as you think, I promise. And no, you're not mad
