Appointments must be requested through the Embassy of France in Abuja by email – visas.abuja-fslt@diplomatie.gouv.fr, or the Consulate General for France in Lagos – visas.lagos-fslt@diplomatie.gouv.fr, mentioning the visa category concerned and giving full name and mobile number,” the notice reads.
