Supreme Court Adjourns Sokoto Governorship Appeal To January 20 by fergie006: 7:04pm On Jan 14
The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Tanko Muhammad, leading seven other justices, had earlier ruled that due to the time limit in election matters, the apex court will hear, make decisions on Tuesday and give reasons at a later date on Imo and Sokoto appeals.

The time limit for Imo and Sokoto appeals will lapse on Friday, January 17. Subsequently, the CJN directed representatives in the appeals challenging the elections in Adamawa, Bauchi, Benue, Plateau and Kano to return on January 20 and 26 when their times will lapse.

Supreme Court should just do whatever they like.
I don't think they can do something more shocking so go ahead and declare whatever you like. No need adjourning. We are already shock resistant. Shebi in Imo state they overturned the winner and declared the 4th position winner.

Apc will retain its 23 states back.

Either Tambuwal or senator Bala Mohammed Bauchi gov will be sacked.

Currently Apc has 22 states while pdp has 14 states.

If you think pdp will come back in 2023 you re on a long thing

When APC was barred from contesting in 2 States Zamfara and Rivers, Democracy was alive. Just imagine not allowing the people to choose their own leaders. That's the worst case (Zamfara) that I can think of. How can you say a party cannot have a candidate in an election. The worse they should have done was to tell them to select another candidate. That's the worst judgement EVER.

I love this country democracy wow very interesting . APC is even better than PDP under OBJ because during that time, if you like vote or not PDP will win. PDP are the pathfinder of Nigeria's democracy problems.

Don't mind them, when Supreme court declared PDP winner in Delta, Akwa Ibom, Abia, etc they did not shout foul.
