I have had sleep paralysis. I didn’t watch pornography, masturbate or do any crooked. Sleep paralysis doesn’t last long. Try to live a healthy life - exercise, eat healthy and avoid anything that makes the brain uneasy.

However, you would have worse things to worry about if you continue to indulge in these sexually motivated habit of yours. To overcome sin is to realize that Jesus died naked on a cross to set you free from those proclivities. Just look to Him. I had a very trying experience last night ; I went to sleep a few minutes past nine (which was very unusual , I usually go to sleep around eleven, twelve , one) I woke up in the middle of the night because of stomach ache and after finishing in the white house (toilet) I went back to sleep . I'm not sure i slept for up to 30 mins before I woke up again and I saw a black human hand on my window (there was only a hand no body or anything else) I tried getting up but I couldn't, I couldn't scream , my whole body was held by sometin (or som1) I couldn't see . It got scarier when the force started choking me and breathing became difficult for me , then I started praying and it stopped and the hand went away . I usually dont believe in stuffs like this so whenever a hear a story like I would wish it happend to me so I can experience it and satisfy my curiosity . But I never ever , ever want to experience sometin like that again . After the experience it took all the man in me and more not to fly to my parents room . What broke my heart was when I couldn't sleep and I prayed for dawn to come quickly only for me to look at the time and see after 2 . ps atheists stay off I gat no strength for argument . In need som1 to explain and advice pls.

I don't need to format anything, I believe in science and medicine, but unfortunately, i came to realize that the spiritual world exist. The OP is not a child, he gave a concise, yet comprehensible explanation of what happened. Sleep paralysis does not target/choke the neck. I know about sleep paralysis, that experience was not sleep paralysis.

It's just the devil trying to put the spirit of fear in you, they assume objects to play with our imagination, but always know, God is with you so when you see such things smile and know you have Dominion over them.

Sleep paralysis Is when a person is conscious, but unable to move or speak, when waking up or falling asleep. One may hallucinate during an episode (hear, smell, or see things that aren't there) which often contributes to fear. This condition is common among people who suffer from Nacrolepsy (a long-term neurological disorder that involves a decreased ability to regulate sleep-wake cycles) but often happens to normal people too.

So, you don't have any problems, I used to have the same issues before but not anymore as sometimes it just goes away if it happens often.
