*(1) Ihedioha's legal team filed a cross petition which the Briefs were adopted alongside Hope Uzodinma's appeal.*


*(2)* The Supreme Court in its Judgement never referred to it as they are expected to .


*(3) The Supreme Court merely adopted and relied on the 1st two issues for determination raised by the appellant and entered Judgement.*


*(4)* INEC at the Tribunal up-to the Supreme Court disowned the election results from those polling units as elections were not held therein .



*(5) The Question that should have bothered the Supreme Court was "where did Mr Hope Uzodinma get those forms EC 8As, which was not tendered by INEC, rather was tendered through a policeman via subpoena?"*



*(6)* Can you talk about results from 388 polling units without presiding officers these polling units or witnesses from these polling units? No !



*(7) Did the petitioner call 388 presiding officers of these polling units or witnesses across these 388 polling units to render the said results? No !*



*(* Elections are conducted at the polling units and in a case like this, ingredients of prove or otherwise should be generated from these polling units and ought to be anchored on human witnesses.


*No matter how anyone try to defend this, it is a sad judgement for our Democracy.*

Sad that we must live with it, but for posterity sake, am making my position known on this matter .

It is about our Constitutional Democracy and not about anyone or party here !

Court has a different approach to their judgements. They work based on evidences. Hope Uzor came up with evidences and even presented witnesses recognised by the court.

INEC, that is supposed to counter his claims kept mute.Even Ihedioha was consumed in battle of supremacy against his predecessor and his inlaw; people he perceived to be a treat.

It the case of a lion(Ihedioha) fighting an elephant(Rochas) trespassing his territory leaving a rattle snake (Uzor) he perceived to be small to wander freely on the same territory.

If truly Ihedioha is the choice of the Imolites, he can contest in the next election. Believe me people can vote in protest and no amount of rigging can stop that .It happened in Bayelsa.

As you and I know, all politicians rig but the most popular candidate win in most cases.

OP is misleading the public. AA and APGA won almost all the seats but some decamped to PDP after elections. In a few weeks almost the entire assembly will become APC since APGA and AA are just offshoots of Imo APC.

APC = Zero

Supreme Court said APC won. What kind of species are imo people. They "massively" voted for APC in Guber election, but voted other parties in House of Assembly elections that took place same day.

Another side of it.. APC were in crises during that election period. Okoroacha, his inlaw Nwosu joined AA party and APC was in disarray so is their supporters and logistics before and after the election. It with that sense that is will be difficult for APC to have won amidst Okrorocha, Nwosu, and APC power tussle, a bitter one.

With Buhari and his INEC and Judiciary Nigeria is taking 100 steps backward.
