He will Appeal the judgement at the Supreme court. Just imagine how some illiterates will be commenting.

Ifeanyi Ubah remains a senator until the supreme court decides.

People will just comment without reasoning.

Even me. I am ashamed that he is representing me too.

To think that this sparsely educated man represents my senatorial zone is a huge worry.

I can't wait for the whole court processes to reach its termination, so he could pack his baggage and leave.

I think it's time we disband INEC and create a new electoral body. How can an organization spend billions of naira to conduct elections only for the results to be rubbished later or is that the Supreme Court has being compromised and taken over by scoundrels. It is either the INEC boss is grossly incompetent and should be immediately fired or the Chief Justice Tanko Mohammed is a very corrupt fellow

Na High Court, he has the resources to appeal it at the Appeal Court and if he fails it goes to Supreme Court while maintaining his sit as Senator. It would have ended at the Appeal Court but this is now a post election matter and not coming from elections petitions tribunal. Now I am feeling like a fake lawyer grin

You are right.

From court cases issues, it shows that the inec that conducted the 2015 elections were 110% incompetent.

I agree with you pertaining to INEC, but it's more has to do with the character of Nigerians and politicians itself, as long as people are desperate to cheat to get into office, the acronym of the electoral body matters very little, whether FEDECO, NEC, INEC or NECON.

As per Chief Justice Tanko Mohammed, the chief justice have very little influence on judgements. At best he can only preside over cases brought to the supreme Court. Judgements are based on majority votes by 7 or more supreme Court justices. So it is unreasonable to blame one supreme Court justice for judgements of 7 supreme Court justices.
