I'm 100% sure that she must have built her own house in her own name from the proceeds she made by selling his properties. She's not your sister. You don't send her to prison, she will send killers after you, 100% guaranteed!
Since u suspected she might have build her own house, why not he collect the house and start staying there and also. Ollext the 1 million naira she offered him so he can start his life with it. Together with any other thing he can get from her like cars, etc instead of sending your blood to prison becos of money.
