Eating Garlic + Bitter Kola has helped me a lot in fighting infections and skin diseases. wink Try it
I chop bitter Kola into smaller pieces and put in an empty bottled water, then fill it up with water and start taking after 3 days.

What I'm asking is, can I chop garlic in pieces and add to the bitter Kola mixture I'm taking already?

Dermatologists and the experienced ones in the house please your help is needed.

I've been battling with this strange thing for upto 3years now.

It all started in 2017. I could see some dark patches on my body which looks as though they are under my skin.

I HAVE VISITED THE STATE SPECIALIST HOSPITAL to see a Dermatologist. I was told to do several tests which I did. After submitting the whole results, the doctor said nothing was wrong but it's just a skin allergy. She recommended a cream and since then I have been using it. It's more than a year now but no changes.

It's seen on my laps down to the feet.

Has anyone experienced this before ? I'd appreciate possible solutions to this please as it's making my skin look annoying.

The skin is the largest organ you have. Everyone assumes that every skin ailment needs ointment or cream. The skin is the microscope into the body. Most ailments that befall the system manifest on the skin.
This looks like acanthosis nigricans. See a regular doctor so that they can evaluate you for diabetes and also check your liver enzymes.
This is not a cream issue. This is something systemic that needs to be addressed likewise.

Run a serious STD test. Test for syphilis. Dont do ordinary VDRL, but at least seminal culture.
Please for your life don't joke with this. I highly suspect late-latent syphilis or early neurosyphillis.

Syphilis is easily treatable with Benzathine Penicillin, 2.4 million units (don't self medicate, wrong move with that drug you are dead like dead and buried, no kidding, MAKE SURE you consult your doctor)

If it is not syphilis or any other STD. Buy good quality coconut oil and apply all over your skin.
Do not use any of those topical creams. Use only coconut oil and use a MILD soap. Yes MILD soap. The patches will clear like in 2 months if you consistently apply the coconut oil, you can use it Exclusively without using any other cream.
You will be fine.
Please don't joke with that syphilis,Syphillis can cause PERMANENT BRAIN DAMAGE. Ensure you run a comprehensive test including seminal culture and treat it with DOCTOR's supervision.

Follow this advice.... Like he said mild soap.... Don't use antiseptic soap abeg.... Lux... Joy... Dove is better option.... While u do comprehensive test.... Coco oil as cream is also a very good idea.... Pls get back to us let follow us this..... Wish u the best.... Stay strong

Are you a male or female?

How often do you change your soap or cream?

Have you tried any natural soap or cream?

Any itching?

Do you suspect if any of your siblings or parents has it? Probably, it's hereditary.

I'm a male. I haven't tried natural soap but I sometimes use the Antiseptic soaps.

None of my parents on siblings has experienced it

And no, it doesn't itch. Nothing at all except for the skin deformation.
Thanks.

You can take solace in this thread I attached, no meaningful solution was gotten from both luth dermatologists and here on Nl( As lalasticlala didn't dim it fit to grace front page)

However, the black spot eruption stopped after he got a traditional herb and soap, tho the spots are still there till date, but they are naturally fading away gradually(at a very slow rate however)

@OP do you eat 'nuts alot'? Or Oil extracted from nuts e.g vegetable oil from nuts? and groundnuts cake called Kulikuli

This looks like 'Inarun' as called in Yoruba. Can't remember the name clearly again? I think this usually occur when a body react or is allergic to 'nuts, especially groundnuts and Oil including groundnuts cake (Kulikuli)

Think carefully and exempt yourself from eating all the listed briefly. Use Shear butter ('Orii') after bath. You should be fine afterwards.

Thank me later.

I think inarun usually itches ? This doesn't itch. It does nothing except for the skin deformation.

I take kulikuli but I hardly do. Maybe once in 4 months and I have been doing that since I was growing up. It shouldn't be it or anything related that's the cause.

I think what you are experiencing has to do with your blood, some kind of infection. Try a private dermatologist.

I did blood test then. Even microfilaria tests or so.

Stool test.
HIV test among others.
