My mother suffers nose bleeding sometimes.

I wanted to tell u that it's wen somebody blow ur ear it will cause nose bleeding but as u say na ur mum, what do I know. Pls take her to a hospital

I used to nose bleed when i was younger, my sisters made fun and called it my monthly menstruation cycle because i had it once or twice a month...lol

Someone later told me it's caused by brain stress i don't know, but i began taking all these edmark tea products. That was when it stopped completely.

Nosebleeds aren't usually serious, and are mostly not a cause for concern. However, frequent or heavy nosebleeds may indicate more serious health problem.


Most of the causes have been mentioned by someone earlier, but it could also be caused by liver disease, low platelet count, aspirin use, dry climate, etc.

The questions now are : When did it start, has she checked her BP? Are the nosebleeds heavy? What other symptoms does she feel?

Providing answers to these questions help in the proper diagnosis and right treatment of the condition. The earlier, the better, to probably prevent complications.
