Buhari Doing Nothing To End Killings, Persecution Of Christians By Fulani – European Union
The EU in a new report released on January 16, 2020 said over 6000 Christians had been murdered by "Fulani militants whereas in Sharia states, Christians face constant discrimination and are often considered second class citizens.”

The European parliament, legislative branch of the European Union, has accused the President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration of overseeing the persecution of Christians in the Northern part of Nigeria where Sharia law is in practice.

The EU in a new report released on January 16, 2020 said over 6000 Christians had been murdered by "Fulani militants whereas in Sharia states, Christians face constant discrimination and are often considered second class citizens.”

The report further adds that, “These attacks have continued with total impunity with perpetrators rarely being held to account whereas Amnesty International report has demonstrated wilful negligence by the Nigerian security forces concerning deadly attacks against farming communities.”

The report says Buhari's poor handling of Nigeria's deteriorating situation in the North-East has worsened as non-governmental organisations ready to help are denied access by the Nigerian Government for political reasons.

The EU condemned what it described as "extermination of human beings or ethnic cleansing" while calling on the Nigerian Government to find immediate solutions to the conflict now affecting the stability of West Africa.

After seeing short videos of the unwarranted killings of Christian Middle belt minority ethnic groups "mainly farming communities" silently taking place with full support of this administration I wept. You won't understand this until you come in contact with the real victims "these people have been through alot" you won't believe things like that is happening in Nigeria. Yes you may be right that the issue of regional security is tribalistic but why not look inward for the reason of it’s birth by this time. Necessity they say is the mother of invention, there has always been insecurity in the country but the act has never been ascribed to any tribe because everyone speaks out to whoever is caught in the act. But now that a particular region is claiming to be more equal than others and they are making it more obvious, this is what it gives birth to. “It is someone that is beaten that becomes aggressive” if whoever at the helms of affairs makes the country a place for all to live, the masses are not that unreasonable to cause unrest.proof is the coexistence that has been in Nigeria and no one ever thought of the security ish. And saying they will abuse the powers, yes you are right as well but don’t forget that the opc you mentioned actually conquered the situation they were raised for which was the 419ers, and when their excesses started, they were called to other and whoever is a cult member is just a proof of his/her own moral value not that of government. Don’t forget that if people’s expectations were met by the police on this issue of security, they wouldn’t come up with the idea of their own security. If the government is not frowning at people for constructing the roads to their communities by themselves, providing portable water for their communities by themselves, building community schools then they should not be disturbed by regional policing except they are ready to do the right thing.

US has threatened Buhari with some punitive action over Sowore. They are waiting for his trial to end first before they make a declaration.

They are also coordinating with Parliamentarians in UK over what they have variously labeled as "genocide" and "ethnic cleansing" done by Buhari.

To be honest Buhari may not rule till 2023 if Nigerians put pressure on these international monitoring groups to call for his indictment. He could be arrested and charged for "genocide". They have identified it as such, what else are they waiting on?
