Residents of Elikpokwodu community in Rukpokwu, PortHarcourt the capital city of RiversState, have launched a manhunt for a yet to a be identified young girl who abandoned her one-day-old twin babies in a gutter.

We earlier reported that the people of Elikpokwodu community woke up this morning to see twin babies abandoned inside a gutter.

Report has it that they were thrown there by their young mother to die.Their lifeless bodies have been evacuated.
