Kids.

Go and play with ya mates. There are things that are not meant for kids consumption.
Toddler!

So you don't know that you are suppose to be asking buhari and his security agents why they are not flexing their muscles on fulani herdsmen the same way they are doing to IPOB.

You are a bad student of history.

Do you know it is a crime to incite people to violence?

"He talked..."

Really?

So the government should have waited for his followers to carry out his directives?

People have gone to war, committed heinous crimes just at the command of some other person.

An orator moves people with his speech and if he has a large following, then he becomes, not a talker but an influencer.

Do you know that the dude was raising an army in his backyard?

Are you aware that he was soliciting for funds for arms and ammunition?

If you were the President and the person in question was a Yoruba or Hausa, what would have done?

Don't mind people like that who are not good history students, he's forgotten that people like Laurent Gbagbo of the Ivory Coast, Charles Taylor of Liberia, Milosovic of former Yugoslavia etc had all been tried at the ICJ, not because they fired a shot but because they incited people to go and kill which they did.
Those who did the killing are free today but those who incited were tried.

You are wrong. Incitement without action is usually baseless before the eyes of the law because it amounts to mere talk. What is more important the law is what was done, not what was said.

Nnamdi Kanu may have asked for guns, did he get any guns and did he use any weapons? No. So that means that all he did was talk.

You said he was raising an Army? How? Because some people wore berets and saluted him? Since when has wearing berets and saluting someone become a crime? Is there any Army that is unarmed? Did they touch anybody?

If you now say that the authorities should go after Kanu because he might influence people to be violent or that those saluting him might take up arms, then that would amount to criminalising a man before he actually commits a crime and that is not how the law operates. The law works on facts, not prediction.

It would be like saying that SARS should arrest you tomorrow because you might one day take up arms and become an armed robber

If I was the president I would follow the law. If Nnamdi Kanu or his group have done something, the right thing to do is arrest and charge to court.

But going after Kanu because of mere utterances or predictions, with no evidence of wrong doing, amounts to impunity, disregard for the rule of law and infringement on Kanu's basic human rights.

All Nnamdi Kanu did was talk, if you dont like what he says, dont listen to him.
Invariably you are waiting for the genocide to start against the Igbos all over the country before any action should be taken?
That's not obtainable anywhere in this modern world, it is better to pick up one person when there is time than putting the lives of millions hanging.

They sent armed Soldiers to kill him in his house. If Kanu had stayed back in Nigeria to be killed, so as to keep to his bail conditions, do you think his dead body would have stood trial in court?
Proof of the soldiers in his house that fateful day, don't run away this time

If genocide is going to start against Igbos because of what one man is saying then Igbos are in the wrong country and should be allowed to secede in peace. It is not only Nnamdi Kanu that was born with a mouth.

Abegi, kanu's crime include calling for the killing of certain ethnic groups and calling them all sorts of name, Kanu has been lucky because his hate speech hasn't been acted by those he directed the hate speech to and hasn't led to a genocide, if it had, the UK government would've rushed him to the ICJ.
You remember that the Holocaust and recently Rwandan genocide started with name calling and calls for killings of some certain people.

If it is a crime to call people names then we should all be in jail as there is nobody who has not called another names. As fir hate speech, no such thing currently exists in the Nigerian constitution

Poor student of history. Gbagbo, Taylor and Milosevic all led armed groups that killed many people at one time or the other. Kanu on the other hand has neither led an armed group and their is no proven case against him of killing anyone besides unfounded police allegations

Same way Laurent Gbagbo, Hitler, Rwandan genocide inciters, Charles Taylor, Milosovic etc are all in the same boat with Kanu. I guess the Jews of Europe, former Yugoslavs, Ivorians, Liberians, Tutsis etc were all in the wrong countries and that's why they suffered the genocide. Just pray that nothing happens to any Igbo man owing to what Kanu had said earlier, hope you'd be at the ICJ helping and arguing his case out.

No time for your lessons on secession, you've been tutored enough on what to do and since you've persisted on doing it your own way, Nigerians are now daring Kanu, you and IPOB to go ahead with it and do your worst.

No need for to and fro argument, tell him to come back to Nigeria and continue from where he stopped with his inciting hate speeches, we would take the argument from there

....so civilians who went about killing other civilians were armed. Several Rwandan politicians were at the Hague, are you saying they were armed or distributed arms? Have you read about Radio des mille collines? You must not be armed to incite people neither are you supposed to arm anyone, people acting on your utterances and gbam, you are in.

Stop saying what you don't know.

Just be plain and say, you hate kanu and Igbos because they want to secede from your beloved zoo.

If kanu steps foot in the zoo tomorrow there is nothing you can do to him.

Miyetti Allah called you Afonjas the most 'primitive' I ve not seen you say a word of condemnation to that. Maybe to you what miyetti Allah said is not hate speech. But once such a word comes out from kanu's mouth, it becomes hate speech.

Bunch of hateful hypocrites everywhere!
