That is how mega wealth is built , its either one of the three u mentioned even in the West or Europe,

Dasuks:

What the person means is that you can always find people who've built up actual industries and companies. Corruption yes but Amazon is a real firm in a real industry employing ppl (some it treats bad some good, depending on skill level and ofc legal loopholes), shell is real, facebook makes billions, siemens makes appliances, Microsoft... etc. There are hundreds of firms with revenues in the billions and thousands more in the millions

Point is that in Africa where innovation is low has a lot of suspect wealthy ppl. As u cannot name one thing that a friend of urs in toronto or London would need of Dangote or Alakija or Dos Santos. One item in their homes that come from any of those ppl.. whereas u are indebted to several intl companies for almost everything, from ur car to ur pc/phone, router, fan, bulb, switch, books to even ur toiletries..

They get political advantages thru cronyism and either build something impressive (dangote , Adenuga) or just remain at the level of pure thievery (dos santos abacha) and/or undeserved advantage (eg atiku, alakija etc). You cannot comfortably say that the wealth would be replicated without the favorable access or in more competitive economies, like what u have in the west..

That comment is FACT.

She is dubbed African richest woman. At least we have seen how she amassed her wealth. She isn't guilty yet until proven by a court of law

Moral Lesson? Don't marry a woman with a name that begins with D. They are gold diggers and thieves. Dos Santos, Diezani, Princess Diana

This is an excerpt from a lecture delivered by Mr. Strive of ECONET, on corruption:

"If corruption is to be defeated, better legislation and stronger accountability mechanisms need to be put in place.

This is the word from businessman and philanthropist Strive Masiyiwa who gave the 9th annual Desmond Tutu International Peace Lecture in Cape Town on Monday.

The lecture took place on the occasion of Tutu's 88th birthday.

Masiyuwa, the founder and group CEO of Econet, began his lecture by sharing fond memories he had of the Tutus.

He then turned to reveal how, on many occasions, he found himself in engagements that had underlying elements of corruption and how he fought against them.

Many of those business engagements, Masiyiwa revealed, ended with him leaving those companies.

"Nations are destroyed by corruption," he began. "And yet we speak about it in a cynical way.
"To defeat it, we need better legislation to deal with it. We need stronger accountability measures."

Masiyiwa said revelations of alleged corruption currently being heard at the Zondo commission of inquiry into state capture should lead to prosecutions.

"Corruption is not inevitable and unstoppable.

"That's what the corrupt want you to believe. To move back to the founding values of our liberation as a continent, we must fight corruption," added Masiyiwa. "And make no mistake, both giver and receiver are corrupt.

"Corruption has no colour," he emphasised.

No country will ever grow without leading a very strong and robust fight against corruption...."so much for "Africa's Richest woman"..

African leaders are known to steal state wealth for their personal aggrandizement. You will hardly find white people do this kind of nonsense, rather they make their money through hard work and give it away at the end. Evil the ones among them exploit other races to help their own. But Africa ....

Apart from Americans and Europeans who became stinking rich because of their ingenuity, most wealthy people are thieves

These guys didn't make money by stealing:
mean Larry Page (Google), Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook), Larry Ellison (Oracle), Bill Gates (Microsoft), Jeff Bezos (Amazon), etc.

End the senseless mentions

Truth is most American and European countries got rich stealing from other people and wiping them out. Even the Zuckerberg you are hailing is going through investigation for comprising user data. Bill Gates stole the idea for a gui and used it to make windows and I don't even want to start with Jeff Bezos. Truth is white people steal a lot, they just do it so well that we will be hailing them as they steal.
