Look, I have come to the conclusion that these bandits are from the neighborhing northern guys because of the porous border due to religious sentiments. These guys are imported for electoral frauds and on seeing opportunities in the land decides to take advantage of the religious north. It's been proven that these other northern countries access the north like they in their own nation. They commit crimes and escape back to their own country.
