You just need your small spiral mixer,gas deck oven and Powe generating set, small freezer and you are good to go.it is a good business as far as you put it where people will be buying directly from your shop,I:e very close to where people do pass a lot. You can as well as add snacks since the same equipment is needed.shalom! |
