please don't try this your own case might be different think of relocating on your own first before bringing in your family it's quite easy to relocate as a single individual take note I didn't say you are single as not married but as a single individual explore this first it's better than dipping your hand in the cookie jar and end up being arrested or having a bruised conscience all your life

I will assume qualifications means holding a BSC degree or greater and possibly a year or more work experience. Now for the first part, if you don't have qualifications you may apply using other options e.g Caregivers, athletes/artists/performers who are currently on temporary work visa in Canada can switch to permanent resident using a different skill type or even immigrate via the Atlantic pilot program, if you are a big time entrepreneur you can immigrate via the investment route etc

2. If you have qualifications and not enough funds, one may skip the proof of funds via a valid job offer or receive funds as gift but, don't cheat the system using the gifting method.

If you have up to an OND, you should seriously give thought to Canada's Home Child Care Provider Pilot and Home Support Worker Pilot program.

You do not require proof of funds, and the requirements are low

1. Minimum OND

2. IELTS test score of 5.0 or higher in each of the language test

3. You are admissible (basically this has to do with criminal record and sound health)

4. You have a valid and genuine job offer in the Canadian Homecare industry

(There is a high demand for workers in this industry. That's why this program was even launched. To bridge the job gap because of shortage of workers)

5. Show you can do the job you're offered.
