constitutional condition of factionalisation. That was why they were able to escape losing their seats.

In this case, there is no faction or merger whatsoever in PDP. These dumb, hungry people just moved
believing the supreme court will give another perverted judgment to save them.

However you look at it, the decampees are in a more dangerous situation than Emeka Ihedioha.
If Ihedioha's application succeeds, they will not be allowed back to the PDP and their seats will fall vacant.
If Emeka loses, the PDP only needs to show to the court that there was no faction in its ranks at the time
the bribe-hungry idiots decamped. They will be shown the way out of the chambers.

I have stated that most Nigerians are too ignorant to participate in the democracy. The defection in the Imo State House of Assembly shows no advancement.

The fact remains that Saraki n Company were selfish that was y they decamped to APC. Unfortunately, after they HSP been used by APC to achieve its objective, they were of no political value to APC n probably that was y APC was happy they voluntarily left so APC wasn't even interested in reclaiming their seats. Even if APC had decided to sit on its rights, that does not prevent any other political party to do so. So there is the need to test this matter in court of competent jurisdiction to serve as a deterrent to others otherwise, the present democracy that many sacrificed so much to achieve would be meaningless in the long run.
