All they know is propaganda, election rigging/manipulations/using security to intimidate voters, hold on to power and chop money.

Buhari was once a service chief and he knows the implication of changing service chiefs during a battle

Jonathan foolishly listened to pressure of changing service chiefs and Nigeria recorded major death toll and territory capture

.
He overthrew the man in the picture.
Your point is laughable! If they don't get the job done, surely there must be more capable minds in the military! Leadership is about grooming the next generation too, not just making the big decisions as long as you exist.

Nigga, what are you even saying?
They need to change those tired service chiefs.
Buhari and his crop overthrew their boss, no moral ground. But the topic is different. Change the old hands, you can't tell us that the army has no other capable minds!

If given an opportunity as IGP of this Nation, first thing i will do is.

Withdraw and instruct policemen in badges all need to be rehabilitated, reorganised, restructured and reordered,
Most of these men has forgotten the duties of policing....

The writer falls into the same pit most Nigerians do. The idea that changing men causes a change in a system. No matter how many men are changed, the Nigerian system will remain unchanged. Until we attack the core of the system nothing will change. This is a country that lives for and worships money. Once a new source of money springs up, a system grows around it to protect it. It could be kidnapping, one chance, yahoo, rituals - immediately it appears to be a valid system that works, it will attract and become a self sustaining node in the system.

Changing Presidents or governors or service chiefs changes nothing. It's just musical chairs.

The only way of changing the country is to create consumer rights that allow even the poor enjoy decent services. This will represent an implied tax on ostentation. If a landlord builds a house the design and features must be fit for use irrespective of where it is. Once we improve functionality at the base of society we place an implied tax on those who want to live large and this creates disincentive for killers, robbers etc
Create a functional society at the base and watch crime and insecurity shrink.

But we love the drama of shiny new things - even shiny new appointments until those things too become old.

When he appointed no Igbo man, they said reason was that he wasn't looking tribe but merit. Yet they still failed whole fully.

I understand Buhari sha, Buhari is a shy man, he is not comfortable seeing new faces around him

That’s one aspect of Buhari many people don’t know. As much as he has done so well, there are many misconceptions about him also. People who hate him don’t know him that much(and I’m not saying he’s a saint) bt have a particular ideology about him and have decided to run with that ideology whether he does the right thing or not.

This has blocked the objectivity.

Most people who hate Buhari are just extremely ignorant, the kind of results Buhari has achieved in 4years if PDP were going at such pace by now Nigeria would have gone far

I’m not anti Buhari bt the results are questionable. To me it’s like u do 2 nice things and 3 terrible things and expect people to applaud u. This is partly the issue I have with him. It’s still very hard to say he’s done well even though I know he’s trying bt for what Nigeria wants right now he’s far from the mark.

We just love fooling ourselves in Nigeria.

Buhari, by words and actions has shown without any iota of doubt that his sympathies lie with the Boko Haram terrorists and Fulani killer herdsmen.

Why are we expecting him to do anything to curb their activities?

Syria today is becoming more secure than Nigeria no thanks to buhari's satanic regime.
What's currently happening in Nigeria is nothing but ''Fulani Invasion'' all weaponized to reign terror on Nigerians. The terrorist are hiding in remote forest all over Nigeria. They recieve their supplies from buhari's satanic regime on helicopters.

#BuhariMustResign
Very satanic regime and demonic too.you have said it all.is a fulani invasion.

changing service chiefs is more than changinf tactics, many would get sumarily retired, comand structure would change, and new policies would have to be newly developed
