I have this work out video channel I created on YouTube. I have a hundreds of people following me and getting inspirations from my every day work out. It’s really good to inspire people and see them achieve a success.

But for the past 7 day’s now, I won’t lie, body don weak. I haven’t done any work but uploading old workout videos for the last 7 days.

This morning after eating two wrap of fufu and black soup. Washed down with small stout. my conscience started judging me. I’m depriving others the privilege to feel this heavy feeling I’m feeling right now. Nigerians shar!!!
