A one-storey building on Clem road, close to Immaculate College, in Lagos in on fire. The fire started a few minutes ago. Residents said the cause of the inferno is still unknown. The Acting Director of Lagos State Fire Service Mrs. Margaret Adeseye, confirmed the outbreak to our correspondent.
