It’s a little research that had been bothering for sometime now.
Y is the Nigerian man life expectancy so low?
Research results pointed out too much sex, overstress nature,friends and family issues.


But there’s an underlying point raised by everyone differently.... it is called bitterness of the mind....
bitterness of the mind is seen in plenty things

An average Nigerian married man spends over 4 hours daily complaining about the bad wife....

An unmarried youth spends time talking about his unfaithful girlfriend

A teenager spends more time thinking about how to bed several friends...

It’s easy to blame others for our woes however it causes bitterness in our lives.....

Blame others less.......
Work hard and smart
Be happy with yourself
