TRUST IN A RELATIONSHIP

Have you ever thought about what trust really means? And how it affects us on an everyday basis?

When you are in a relationship we tend to trust without much thought, to just trust. Often times we will just trust immediately until our emotions are triggered to alarm us that we need to put our defenses up. Once this begins we are not so willing to just trust that everything will work out all on its own. We often times seem to have this need to be some part of the solution, to get it back on track.

Trust is normally build through a few good factors like communication, honesty, self confidence, friendship, a caring heart, love and passion for one another

Trust is built through expression, so don't ever feel like you shouldn't express yourself. Expression shows that you are a well- grounded individual and you believe in yourself and how you see and feel about life.

Trust is about building passionate feeling for your mate and is shown in many ways including just doing the smallest things like enjoying something that brings your relationship joy. Having a lot of passion for giving from your heart to your mate also is showing a lot of passion. Caring whether they are sick, happy, sad or even mad. Passion can be about what brings you joy as well. Anything that you or your mate is very passionate about is one way that really can bring the two of you together and allow you both to enjoy the experience of sharing each other's ideas and experiences from what it brings.
