Bodyweight exercises have many benefits that someone hoping to build his or her fitness can tap into. Aside the fact that you can do them almost anywhere and anytime, they are cheaper than registering in a gym. Even when you lift weight, you should still do body-weights because they improve agility, endurance and can be used to build functional strength, not to mention they are also a good place to start before lifting weights.
