Most people don't understand the fact that Okada ban in Lagos has more to do with security than any other logical reasons. The moment you have influx of foreigners you cannot separate from natives from certain part of your country and there is no way to identify who is who, you have wahala on your hand. Now combined that with influx of Fulani herdmen from other Sahel countries into Nigeria in order to cause mayhem. Nigerian masses are in a state of "sleep". Aside from Boko Haram, there are external forces that are attempting to tear Nigeria apart in order to gain total control of the whole of West Africa and ultimately Africa once again. You all dont have a clue. Keep sleeping. 3 Likes |

Charmingrascal: It would have been better if they are just Hausa like any Nigerians. But challenge is that a lot of hausa-speaking foreigners are among them. 1 Like |

Alanpoza007:I didn't ask you to measure up with them.Amsterdam uses mostly bicycles and waterways which Lagos should copy ..Thank God Google has initiated self driving bicycles even that needs infrastructure planning. What I am saying is that every city is unique.Proper planning is very important .Japan plans for infrastructure that they would use in 2080 today , the U.K is having a mind shift toward A.I cars ...Dubai is seeking to make the skyies its home and his investing heavily in drones. Every city is unique the question is what is our unique point. |

I said on one trend that others south west governors aren't sleeping. An eyes close an eyes open. South west governors might have gotten some information we don't know. It left for them to keep our region safe from the hand of bandits and terrorists who have indirectly invaded our land . 1 Like |

Okada rider can't be totally banned in Ogun state because of how unorganized the state is. I don't think the State has any solid and robust plan for its people. |

slimfit1:You fully understand the policy more than many on this forum. come to the North and see how scores of these guys with their bikes troop to the south in empty Dangote trucks with soul aim of occupying the south unnoticed. They often times constitute nuisance when they over populate an area in the South. check places like Cable point, Asaba; Sabo, Ojoo, Ibadan; Mile 2, Alaba Rago, Mazamaza, Lagos; Ogbese, Akure; and many more. 2 Likes |

the okada business has being hijacked by the bandits and illegal immigrants and their agents from Mali, Niger, chad and Senegal, most claimed to be Nigerians just because Hausa is spoken in other west African countries. most northern state has banned the okada because it now used as camouflage when planning attack , If Ogun state fail to take act now, it may be too late. those illegal immigrants are on Nigerian Army land in Lafenwa area of Abeokuta , so many of them them there on the old railway station land. I wonder who gave the land to them. 3 Likes 2 Shares |
