Akhilesh Rawat, 30, can be seen waving to crowds as he wanders past screaming onlookers in Uttar Pradesh, northern India Rawat reportedly walked for just under a mile before he was arrested by police, when he bizarrely began singing the Indian national anthem. The vile incident took place on Saturday morning and the crazed 30-year-old was arrested near Jahgirabad police station. Police superintendent Arvind Chaturvedi said Rawat faces a charge of murder.
