Motorcyclist is allow in Lagos as private use not for commercial, your not allow to carry any body whether is your brother or sister.

I don't get it. How is he creative if there is ban on commercial bikes period on certain roads? Or we got sooo dumb to now see any motorbike as commercial bike?... the same way the dumb Police moved to seize the bikes being sold? We need to check ourselves.
