APC should assemble a team of good lawyers and head to the Supreme Court to get the judgement reviewed. APC must never accept the judgement in any good faith. The party must do everything legally possible to get the judgement reversed.

So much that this is a sad development, it should give the nation esp.the NASS an opportunity to embark on thorough electoral reform in the impending constitutional review.Supreme court is not supposed to do INEC work hence disenfranchised the electorate.

But its because INEC didn't do it job well that's why the SC had to step in.

This same deputy had been stopped by the high court only for APC to get an appeal court judgement instating the deputy just before the Nov elections. The SC only look at the case as a pre election matter and ruled on it.

You self see how many names the guy get, am sure that deputy would have been confused at some point which of his name is authentic.

Imagine him havung diff bank accounts in those 5 names. Only bvn would link him to them.

I agree with you.
What do they do at INEC with the budget they get? What about DSS? Don't they do background checks?

The PDP guys really twisted this knife with relish! A masterstroke.
