when you can't breathe through your nose, what do you do?

i breathe through my mouth (dangerous) but what else should one do to clear the airway in the nose? undecided

i don't want to take advil nose spay 'cause i heard it's addicting.

any tips? usually i run around and that clears my nose up for like a minute and it's blocked again. that's too much work

i don't even feel like eating 'cause i can't taste my food. lol undecided

@ wesleyanA

The Nasal congestion is a common problem experienced by everyone, usually many times a year. We generally disregard it, if it’s on moderate levels but can get very annoyed when they are strong and require our attentions.

Like i said if it is just a minor one then it will go itsef, but if it is the stubborn type, I suggest you should see a doctor.

Thanks cool
