Madrid and Barca could not have breached Uefa Financial fair play with the revenue they make.
City earn less and spend more, over the years, if you consider their net spend you'll see how much they've spent outside the club's income.

The issues at stake are simple: don't spend beyond your revenues. If fair play in finances are not observed, in effect rich clubs can buy titles because they will get the best players.
Arsene Wenger fought for this and stubbornly refused to pay for trophies. This vindicates him.

All I see is sharks in the sporting industry trying to clip the wings of Man City because of the financial clout and cultural background of the owner of Man City. Same will happen to PSG in the near future. And they broke only UEFA financial rule (whatever that is) and not EPL rule.

UEFA And PREMEIR LEAGUE Should cool down, Because IF THEY Want to Rush this mancity case with harsh punishment it might leads to the Downfall of some very top people and teams both at UEFA and premeir league, .... Remember mancity is a royal business investment, u can't expect them to go down without a fight and they also know so much about UEFA and other teams to drag down with them. Let put it this way If city go down, other big teams are going doing with them and it might leads to a wide spread investigation at all clubs.

Other teams have /had been investigated (Chelsea and even Liverpool). It's a pity City is been made a scapegoat for something other clubs do(even though it isn't done in the open)
