my thought too. let them go
Libatine:

APC was disqualified before the elections, but they went ahead & participated after all they ruling party. There's no room for re-election or consideration because they never met the criteria set for the election.
I think the legal adviser should be sacked, while the chairmen of (state & national ) should resign.

Why won't APC be having issues when they keep accepting Dead wood politicians from PDP all in the name of liquidating opposition. Oshomole should hide his face in Shame. He is a useless party chairman whose only strength is making noise and causing problems!

Supreme court judges now are really setting a bad precedence by turning to electorates and declaring the losers winner. This is bad for Christ sake. I thought they said that the mandate belong to a party and not an individual. Why are they contradicting themselves with their recent judgement? If really that the mandate belongs to the party, why cant they allow Lyon to choose another person, nullify the election and order for a fresh election ?Its very painful that the electorates that voted the candidate were not remembered in their judgement. This is an election who governs a state and not any sport that some people are talking about now. U cannot compare election with sports. Its high time a team of 5judges sit down in their office and void the peoples mandate based on technicalities. Justice is denied and not served especially in Zamfara and Bayelsa State. Oshomiole equally has to be blamed for this and for me its better he resigned his position. This Bayelsa is one mistake too many. I am with Sagay on this . Supreme court judges should stop changing the will of d people becos people will now say that their votes will not count since supreme court will overturn their candidate.
Oga the matter was a pre-election matter. Lower courts have ruled on this already but the man decided to keep pursuing his case upto supreme Court.

What's your position on the Imo case?

Oshiomole was looking for popularity to win the bayelsa people's heart there by boycotting due process just to favour David Lyon a semi illiterate and his deputy a complete illiterate

why cant INEC verify the credentials as the constituition mandates them to? and why would Justice PDP Mary Odili outrightly disqualify a Governor because of his deputy even when it has being established that the Party actually owns the mandate and not the candidates

Now in Nigeria the voters effort at polling unit don't matter anymore, everything is left to two gangs at the supreme court.. Justice Odili lead faction, and Mallam Tanko lead faction.. once Tanko heads a panel its unanimous victory to APC and once Odili , Rhodes oe kekere ekun heads the panel its unanimous victory for PDP

.
You have said it all. The votes Belong to the party, not the individual (same reason why Gov Yahaya Bello inherited the votes of late Prince Audi) If a deputy governor is disqualified, another person should be norminated not an outright cancellation of the people's mandate. The people of Bayelsa state have been raped politically and unfortunately by those who are supposed to protect them.
