A die-hard fan of the Liverpool football club has just died. The teenager who was until her death a loyal fan of the club was said be having a night out prior to the incident.

The Liverpool Echo reported that Sinead Maguire, an 18 years old girl was staying over at her friend's house when the tragedy happened. Sinead’s mum, Sharon Curran, said: “She had texted us at 4.30am to say she was back okay. Then we got a phone call about 10.30am from her friend to say she wasn’t breathing.”

She added that the emergency service was called but her daughter was said to be in a full cardiac arrest and that paramedics couldn't get any heart activity at every time they tried. She died of a massive heart heart according to report from the hospital.



Sharon described her daughter as a massive Liverpool fan who has been present in a couple of Liverpool matches no matter the distance. Sharon said: "She (her daughter) had visited Liverpool several times, and every time she came over she went to Anfield (and watch the matches.)"

She further add that, “She was planning to visit Liverpool again. She was looking forward to seeing the new statue of former manager Bob Paisley. "If she had any plans then she would change them to work around the [Liverpool] game. That’s what we really bonded over at first.”

Sharon claim that they've been trying to get in touch with Liverpool FC to see the possibility of acknowledging Sinead at any upcoming at Anfield. She would be happy to see that happen.
