Fascinating how the Chief Justice has the weakest CV.

It's almost impossible for Buhari to be comfortable with anyone who has great academic achievements.

He loves to appoint Northerners who are just a little better educated than himself.

Everyone retires some day...even Boko haram, herdsmen and bandits all have their retirement dates, while Nigerians are been retired to the afterlife by these lots....I look forward to the retirement of their grand patron, major general mohammadu Buhari.
Thank God you started by saying 'Everyone retires some day.. '
That's to say, you may retire before major general Buhari. Ask your hunchback albino porn star delictor who proposed Buhari's dead since 2015, but ended burying his own parents first. while Buhari is still not only alive, he is waxing stronger and stronger everyday.

Tank remain the worst justice that ought to retire before his time. He never read good books that made him who he is today but they elevated him to the positions he reach today because of Politics. He remain the architect of Democracy loosing its value. Stupid bloody zoo.
If Onnoghen did not involved himself in stealing and plan to sell justice to his fellow thieves, Tank wouldn't have been there.

Mary odili has always been seen as a pdp judge which in the real sense of morality may never be so. Cos Peter odile fell out with amechi yet Mary couldn't influence Celestine omeha victory over Amechi at the supreme court.

Mary Odili may be corrupt though but not everybody can be bribed.
wen was Mary odili appointed to the supreme court?una no go calm down read

Mary Odili was still at the appeal court when the Supreme Court gave judgement in the case of Amaechi vs Omehia. Mary Odili was elevated to the Supreme Court by Goodluck Jonathan in 2011 in a padipadi arrangement. It is also interesting to note that the appeal court at the time dismissed Amaechi’s case before he eventually got justice at the Supreme Court.

Just like Mohamadu bulldozed the way for Tanko to be cjn also in a padipadi arrangement.

Your Onnoghen who had strong cv and was well educated turned out to be a thief and even got recruited by Dubai thieves to help bring them back power.
When you win 2023 you can bring him back

Amongst all the SC, he started as a SC judge earlier than they did. He started in 2007. Whereas others started after 2007. So apparently his the most senior based on experience. But SC judges only retire by age (70 years). Other following five judges would clock 70 before him, even though Tanko started as SC judge before them. So do you understand now?

If that Imo judgement is let stand there’d definitely be massive mobilization by non-partisans for him to go.

Here’s what I posted in reply to some guy talking nonsense:

With due respect sir, ARE YOU MAD?!

It is clearly the SC that’s relying on ridiculous technicality instead of seeing the obvious fraudulent nature of the documents right in front of them.

It is the SC that bent itself out of shape to carefully avoid mentioning numbers in their judgment, in a case that is all about numbers!
It is the SC that carefully avoided saying anything about meeting “the required constitutional geographical spread of votes” Because they know the numbers make no sense - the man gave himself 2 times the registered number of voters in some places!
Even INEC carefully made sure NOT to release final tally of votes (because they know they’d be laughed at!)

Did u even read this part of the summation at all?:

Even more perplexing was the fact that in some of the polling units, voter turnout was more than the registered voters. How is this possible?
In Uzodinma's result sheets, there was no voided vote and only two parties, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and APC participated and were reflected in the election results of the 388 polling units. Yet, 70 political parties participated in that election and were all reflected in the INEC declared results of other polling units all over the state.
Re: Supreme Court Justices And Their Retirement Dates by OGHENAOGIE(m): 1:42pm On Feb 20, 2020
why can't we even ask why we have only 13 justices instead of 21 as stipulated...

I am neither an APC nor PDP fan and don't give a damn with both.

However, I don't follow mass mind hypnotization. I mentioned three states where the supreme court either outrightly denied APC from fielding candidates or handed over APC's victory to PDP under the same CJN you are accusing. This happened despite high courts and court of appeals either validated APC primary or victory but supreme court overturned it and gave it to PDP; this has never happened before in Nigeria governorship elections. You are talking as if Imo State is more strategic than River and Bayelsa states (first and second oil producing states) and Zamfara.
