It takes creativity from the populace to produce goods and services which in turn create opportunities for others.

Abroad; six months before graduation, there is employment funfairs which qualifies for an interview in an organization.
That way the rate of unemployment is brought low after graduation.
I believe this is a good idea, except when nepotism and favoritism starts to be practised.

Why not invest fund in research, development and training to make a graduate good enough as an employee or employer, whichever path he chooses for himself.

. This is not possible! Is that how PDP created jobs in Nigeria between 1999 and 2015? No government can employ over 100 000 graduates we are producing every year.The solution is the reduction in retirement age to 50 and all retirees are paid their gratuities immediately so as to establish businesses.This will pave way for new ones in the public and private services.. Will they allow this? I doubt it

simple mathematics its not economically feasible even if we don't have politician, so long our income largely is on 2mbpd crude oil

even if we sell at $100 a barrel, 2million barrels a day average (which we don't even achieve) gives us about $73billion annually
