The bolded experience is not sleep paralysis, it is a spiritual experience more like a premonition of death.
For Sleep paralysis, yes you cannot move your body but your brain is always conscious of your surroundings rather than taking you into another realm.
No you are wrong. Bad dreams can also throw you into sleep paralysis. Besides, it happened when during the time I used to have the most sleep paralysis attack. Every death dream isn't a premonition.

Hmm
say no to pornography, those things have demons attached to them; with or without the actors' knowledge.
You are under oppression my friend. I advice you to seek deliverance because the result could be that you will not get married, or would not be able to keep a marriage, or having children might be a problem, it could even affect your finances.
Read about incubus and succubus spirits.
I actually doubt most of what you said. Cause my gf is currently pregnant. Maybe the marriage one.
But I've never really believed in marriages.

I think there different things that causes paralysis but it mostly cause by nightmare.
When a having a nightmare or allucination that scares you, you will want to wake up by force, then your body goes into paralysis for few seconds before waking up. I had that kind of nightmare often mostly when i sleep late in night after a movie
Re: Share Your Sleep Paralysis Experience Here. by OKOATA(m): 10:20am On Jun 01, 2020
The reason for sleep paralysis is because when you sleep and don’t close your eyes well you will experience it, that’s the main cause of sleep paralysis. It used to happen to me before but no more.

Na Demonic attack, trust me.
Sleep paralysis doesn't leave you with bruises and pains. Everything only happens within that moment, and that's all. Sleep paralysis messes with your brain. But this your own seems more like an attack.

I have had numerous sleep paralysis..one major cause of mine is sleeping heavily during the day, then at night, there is high possibilities I will experience it..though..it occurs mostly if I failed to say my night prayer..whenever I have it at night, and manage to get up, I read psalm 27 and then pray, sincerely I will not experience it till I sleep off normally..sleep paralysis is very bad and demonic..

CrazyMan:

Exactly.

I used to experience it some years back but it has stopped.

I don't hallucinate like the op and most posters shared during their experience. just that I won't be able to move an inch and most of my experiences happened in the day, when I wake up or I'm almost awake. I don't usually experience it at night.

It's so scary, cos you'll feel all your senses, you'll even hear voices of neighbours, feel movement in the house, like fan, light, music...etc. apart from your breath you won't be able to lift a finger.

And it happens in seconds, between 10-30 seconds.

I thank God that it has stopped.

I don't hallucinate also..but there was a time I tried calling my aunt bcus we were in d same room but she couldn't hear me,I could see and hear everything but couldn't move...I thought I was dead bcus d shocking no be here

I've only experienced it once this year,it has reduced drastically

Sleeping confidently to bed without any fear is a key factor if you want to stop experiencing it. That is what I have noticed
fact. I don't scare easily so I have never experience not even one in my life

See guy, sleep paralysis happens when your brain is awake. What most of you are experiencing is a spiritual thing and not sleep paralysis. Go to YouTube or read online for sleep paralysis, it is a different scenario and it has nothing to do with bad dreams.
sleep paralysis occurs when part of the brain is awake, but the parts controlling your body are still asleep—so when you try to move, you're unable to for several seconds or even a few minutes. Episodes can be broken by either waking up fully or falling back to sleep.

There are some demons in the spiritual realm that feast on humans based on some sins committed, I can't really remember their names but check online. They feast on humans by laying on their chest making it impossible for them to move but the attack starts through having bad dreams

I became a full blown bible and prayer addict. Become a midnight prayer warrior. You can be singing worship songs for just 10mins every midnight. Start listening to messages.

I believe fear and indulgence in dirty acts (alcoholism, porn, sloppy/dirty thoughts, etc) are major causes of sleep paralysis. Also, whenever one is over stress, the spirit becomes weak. Hence, sleep paralysis may happen as malevolent spirits can easily overpower such individual.
It was a common occurrence when I was still living with my family. But all has stopped when I understood some spiritual stuff. Prayer can also stop it. I believe.

I believed sleep paralysis is spiritual, I do feel it like others until I used this seed shown below to scare them the spirit away.

Since I place this seed close to my window burglary, I've not noticed it again.

I suffered this paralysis for many years but today that seed has solved that problem, I now sleep well without feeling any paranoid or paralysis.

I use to think it was someone pinning me down until one night.... I told myself If I die, I die...

Buhhh

I read about it and how it happens, I experimented it and figured how to snap out of it...

Sometimes I just wanna enjoy the moment a bit longer before I decide when to snap out. grin

Science wink

You're way more scary than the sleep paralysis. grin grin

I had this experience a long time ago, but can still remember vividly.I was quite young then. I was sleeping in my mom's room that night.I think I was woken by the urge to ease to myself.I realized I couldn't open eyes nor move my hands or legs, but was conscious of my environment. I was so scared. I tried calling my mum but couldn't speak. I thought I would die. I couldn't shout JESUS cos my voice was gone.It was such a scary experience cos it lasted for close to 10 mins. Science seems to have an explanation to almost anything if not anything.I am inclined to believe its spiritual.

like I said pray make them no set you up, even you will not believe yourself, anyways the person that came up with the evil idea is the mama. do you now understand why they ll believe her word against mine. About the lady you said was used for money ritual, I'm curious she went out with a rich dude, fell sick and y'all concluded she was used for money ritual?
My dear, Things dey Happen ooo.End time Gmama.
The Lady in question left the house and moved into a well furnished apartment. She then bought a car in less than a month but every body was busy minding their businesses til she came down with a Strange illness. Her Kini down there the thing was decaying and smelling. She became very tin like bonga fish,She had been to different hospitals in the State but things got worst. So We later learnt about her sickness and went to see her, from what I heard those that saw her Kini down below all throw up.it was at a deplorable state.
It was while they were praying for her She opened up about the Rich guy,the house and the Car and their escapades.
She was advised to return every Kobo back to the guy and embark on serious Prayers with fasting which She did with the help of some sisters and later returned to the Family House.

I am almost 50. I have been having this sleep paralysis for over 40yrs. It runs in my family. I remember both my parents always get pressed and cry when asleep. What I did then was to rush to thier bedroom and assist the suffering person.

Worst part of this thing is when you hear a sibling or your parents voice, you try to call for help but they wont hear you. I have had to ask my mom once if she came to my room and said 'see how he is enjoying sleep' she confirmed she came to my room and indeed said so. I told her I was dying when she came in and she was perplexed. That stuff remains a mystery to me. I pray it doesn't end someone's existence ooo. All this dying in the sleep news upandan

That thing is very bad.
I think it has something to do with depression

Not necessarily. I think hormonal changes affects it too. I had it so much when I was pregnant. Sometimes, even twice in one night. And I gave birth, it disappeared.
