I can't seem to have strong erection when having sex. Even the not too strong one I manage to have I can't sustain it during sex. Worst of it is that after one round It hardly ever gets erect again for a second round..

Bro, you need to go for a testosterone test. If the testosterone test shows any figure less than 1.61/ing/ivg then you will need a medical treatment via injection and vitamin E for at least 3 weeks.
