Don't argue blindly about what you have little knowledge about . Let me school you a bit , In lagos state it's the public works department that handle road repairs of both trunk b and c roads . The road in questioned though is trunk c road , but in lagos, state government handle the repairs and the reason been that the allocation for local government do not get directly to the local government and what gets to them is just money to pay salaries and run the local government offices , though recently the sanwo government has empower the local government to identify roads that needs to be reconstructed and then release fund for it from the state coffer . So don't be naive about how things run in nigeria. Always thought you are knowledgeable about how things, run but by this your assertion I was proof wrong.
