Following the manner in which the APC leadership reacted fiercely to the judgements of the Supreme Court in both Zamfara and Bayelsa states, the PDP has according to Kola Olagbodiyon has concluded plans to demand for a review of the judgments of the apex court in the 2019 Presidential Election Petition, Governorship petitions of Kaduna, Kano, Kastina and Osun states.
It is pertinent to note that in the petition brought by Senator Ademola Adeleke and the PDP, the tribunal declared the petitioner as the winner of the election but the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court relied on mere technicalities not on any substance to return Oyetola and his APC as duly elected in the state's governorship election. It is instructive to assert here that, Justice Tanko Mohammed who was brought in as Chief Justice of Nigeria because President Buhari has this phobia for working with persons from southern Nigeria and who do not share his religious views, during his screening at the Senate, clearly stated that the Supreme court under him will not rely on technicalities but on genuine issues to ensure that the purpose of justice is not defeated.
Observers both locally and internationally know that the Apex court was arms twisted in that judgment and subsequent decisions in the Atiku petition. President Buhari, if the judges of the higher court decide to consider only the merits of the arguments of the Atiku legal team in that petition, will agree that Buhari lied on oath when he said his credentials were with the military board but later Abba Kyari brought a supposed certificate from Cambridge claiming same to be the missing certificate of the retired military general.
If the Supreme court judges were to be fair on this case, President Buhari will not only be removed as president but the ranks he attained in the army will be withdrawn while he spends the entirety of his remaining years in correctional facilities for the offense of joining the military as a cadet without possessing the requisite qualifications to serve as deterrents to others.
But we know that the justices of the Apex court will not have such balls because of the fear of their families been hounded by criminal elements sponsored by powerful forces. This impending hounding has already started with the protest been sponsored at the residence of Hon Justice Mary Odili and the recent arrest of the two sons of Justice Tanko Mohammed.

well for your information, Buhari was not seeking for an admission into a university. The admission into a university has its requirements also seeking to be president of Nigeria has its requirements and base on those, Buhari is very qualified to contest the elections.

maybe you should read the affidavit Buhari swore to before commenting rubbish on the net. the military arrested him, they took various documents from his house and after he was released he could not find his certificates. therefore he blamed the military for the missing certificates.
