Pls read before you comment. I know sometimes Bubs sounds like a broken record but he sure has a case here.

His argument: govt gave him a credit letter. Anywhere he goes, merchants rejected the govt's credit letter. So he was not able to do any form of credible transaction with the letter and govt would not give him cash.

Fast forward to three years later, govt thinks he owe them over 300 million in interest for issuing out just paper.

This case is interesting sha

All the same. The bank having issued a "useless" letter now wants an interest as huge as 900M. Mind you he got a a judgement in his favor after appealing. So he totally has to contest this in court. And AMCON is acting based on the judgement preceding the appeal.

This man is not into any form of business till date. His intention was not to pay back the loan like every other politician.

It can not be witch hunt pay up your debt and get your property back

Read the story na.

He wasn't able to access a Kobo from the loan, but after 3 years, the bank came to him asking him to pay over ₦300m a cured interest on a loan he wasn't able to access.

The high court ruled in favour of the bank while the appeal court ruled in his favour.

A statement by Mr. Jude Nwauzor, the corporation’s corporate communications head, yesterday said Galadima and Bedko Nigeria Limited, his company, owe AMCON nearly N900 million which was collected during the first phase of Eligible Bank Assets purchase from Unity Bank Plc in 2011.

Perhaps people like you do not understand how AMCON operates.

AMcon does not manufacture or concoct debtors.

AMCOn had taken over(bought)all bad debts of bank customers just to save innocent bank depositors and avoid collapse of the banking sector.
