DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BAYELSA AND IMO SUPREME COURT REVIEW.

In Bayelsa case,
1. The APC applications at the Supreme Court lacked merit and failed to point out errors on the judgement.

2. The case of forgery against David Lyon's deputy was re-established by the court's ruling an indication that the forgery was actually committed by the deputy.

3. The Supreme Court as the apex court has decided to take the bull by the horn by living to it's constitutional role as the last hope of the masses with such a landmark final Judgement.

In Imo's review case,
1. There's an obvious error in the judgement against Rt Hon Ihedioha in the 388 polling units submitted by Sen Uzodinma.

2. On the 2nd of March, 2020 when the review of the Supreme Court will come up, the Court will definitely jettison the errors in the 14th January, 2020 Judgement by reversing the constitutional and fundamental error.

3. Rt Hon Emeka IHEDIOHA's mandate is likely going to be returned to him on 2nd March, 2020. The Supreme Court has waken up by realising the importance of putting itself on the annals of history. The Supreme Court from all indication is set to reverse itself on the matter.

Let's be watching. But also note that SC cannot reverse its judgement rather they can admit there was error on the judgment but I don't think it will be reversed

Clowns everywhere. grin grin grin

Ihedioha better go and find something meaningful to do. Anybody still telling him he has a case is deceiving. In fact, I will advice his lawyers to go and withdraw the case if they don’t want hefty fines to be imposed on them.

In 2011,supreme court committed a constitutional and electoral offence when they told inec to conduct governorship election in anambra against Peter obi, obi later went for review and his prayers was granted, Andy Uba was governor for only 11days, apc and bayelsa was too stupid and naive in seeking for review, ihedioha is likely going to be returned.

Ihedioha has a case! The supreme Court was justified on that case as it's a clear case of certificate brouhaha but how does the Supreme Court justify the magic performed in Imo State

“Once we have given a judgment, whether right or wrong, your action is futile and you cannot get anything at the end of it.”

“We are not sitting here as individuals; we are sitting as the final court of Nigeria. We don’t have any friend among you. We would leave here and retire to our villages but the Supreme Court and the law live forever. What we did was the best way we can safeguard our democracy.”
He stated that it was wrong for the litigants to want to turn the court to “a musical chair” that could be swerve anyhow,

justice ALOYSIUS KATSINA-ALU
justice Katsina-Alu ordered Omehia's counsel to sit down and said: “In my view, your action here is a serious professional misconduct. We have given our decision two years ago and you are here asking us to review it. Even if we stay here till December, you will get nothing. At best, you can attract punitive damage. Whether right or wrong, that judgment stands.

“You are threading a dangerous ground. We have no right to sit on appeal over our decision. Our judgment is not a nullity and you can go on and appeal to God. One thing I know is that God is not your client. If you persist trying that path, you won’t go home today. You don’t talk as if you are talking to some juniors in your chambers. You accused the Supreme Court of making law.”

Ruling, justice Katsina-Alu said that it was a frivolous application, “bound to fail and it has failed” and consequently dismissed it.

It doesn’t matter whether the judgement was right or wrong, the Supreme Court won’t reverse its decision. If there was any judgement that should be reversed, it’s the Bayelsa judgement. If the court refused to reverse that fraudulent judgement, you can as well forget about Imo.

Supreme Court justices are human beings and they do make mistake like they did in Bayelsa case, but the fact that the law made them the final court in the country makes them infallible. Again, there must be an end to litigation. The Supreme Court cannot open up itself to unending litigation and even the PDP counsel today agreed that the court should not reverse its judgement even though there were mistakes.

Actually bayelsa is way more credible for review than imo. Supreme Court has held severally that pre election matters belong to tribunal, then in bayelsa the court did a somersault and ruled on pre election matter.
In imo, pdp and inec did not tender any evidence in support of their argument. Supreme Court had no choice but to give it to apc
