It's very ok, the owner can even be the pilot and it's just $2m. Cirrus vision just like the eclipse 500 are not a full blown jet jet per say,it is a personal jet not intended for charter etc,no celebrity can go for it because it defeats most of the purpose of buying a jet.
It's just like buying a Renault twizy to show off that you've bought a car.
