Nigeria's problem is not corruption..

Only lazy people say that.

Nigeria problem is Federal Character...Yes.

You think NEPA failed because they didn't have transformers?

Or you think NNPC is a crime scene because of corruption?

No son....The Nation of Nigeria selects, trains and appoints Nigerians based on where their grandparents were from.....not competence.

Nigeria allocates resources and builds steel plants based on "Federal Character" not markets of raw materials.....you disagree? what's a steel rolling mill doing in Osogbo and Katsina? what's a CRUDE OIL refinery doing in Kaduna?

Nigeria will simply keep wobbling and shufflng....making incremental gains like a bridge over the Niger after 50 years, no transformational change will occur

Below is how the Giant of Africa recruits. it's an except of the procedures for admission into the Federal Public Services.

"However, a candidate who has met the basic minimum requirements shall be eligible to complete for posts reserved for his State and/or Zone, and shall NOT be penalized or disadvantaged in favor of a candidate from another state or zone who may posses’ higher qualifications."

In effect, even if a candidate posses higher qualifications, the guy with the lower qualifications......shall NOT be disadvantaged.

Our problems stare us in the face, but hey... lets fight corruption....

see you on 2035
