The fair judgement would have been a Re-run. The SC under Injustice Tanko has set precedence that will be hard to delete in the anals of supreme Court judgement history.

not, surprise..am not a PDP nor an APC, but cases like this has to end natural death to avoid unending legal battles, imagine if Supreme Court reinstates Ihedioha?, I swear more than 500 cases will be filed for reviews b4 the end of this week, let's just hope the Court improve on her judgement to avoid this historical dramas

As if they made a mistake. Isn’t it obvious that it was deliberate and they have embarrassed democracy and the justice system? Why deal corrupt judgements which threaten democracy?

Dont worry, APC is coming, they will start from Abia to take the governance away from the kerosene distributor, and from the fat toad of Enugu whose the only thing he does is to commission bill board, Ebonyi is already APC, Dave Umahi is obviously pro-APC.

IMO has been conquered by APC, Abia and Enugu next, by 2023

Was ihedioha able to produce any result to counter that of Uzodinma or any report to show elections were duly cancelled in affected polling units.

And what concerns presidency with this or why was Bayelsa case not influenced by presidency?

Bayelsa is also destroyed and buried. I am not in support of imposing governors to states. Bayelsa voted for Lyon. Supreme Court gave them corrupt PDP man. Imo state voted for Ihedioha, Supreme Court gave us Hope Uzodmma who has case with EFCC.

Stop being sentimental. Bayelsa as the only oil state APC had was more important to the presidency but yet justice took it course without interference. I'm sure the same happened to Ihedioha so deal with it and stop wailing. undecided

brother the consequences of this possible reviews will be more damaging than the pains of those who feel cheated by the judgment so far...our system will be so porous and u know politicians know how to use opportunities like this...am happy for this judgement, just as I was happy after Bayelsa judgment too
