canada visa is about qualifying not by money. It its express entry. You would need 3.5m in account as a single person. Flight, 250k, application fees 300k, wes ielts medicals police report like 200k plus. To qualify you would need to have masters or 2 degrees, 3 years experience, high ielts. Age below 32 or so.

Menial Jobs alone can cover for a month of living, if you have a house already (no rent) or staying with someone and using bicycle or short distance movements.
